TRADE PRICES

For convenience, the way we structure our pricing is simple and straightforward.

First 6 months:
For new trade customers we offer a set 20% discount on your total order.

After 6 months:
After a 6 month period your account will be reviewed, based on you overall spent in the first 6 months your % of discount may be extended up to a maximum of 30%. Extention of your discount is at our discretion.

After 1 year:
If after 1 year your total spent has been over 6000euro, we may extend your discount up to a maximun of 45%. Extention of your discount is at our discretion.

The great thing about our pricing structure is that it’s not per item but per whole order! For example if you spend over 500 euro on your order, then EVERY item on that order will be discounted weather its 1 item or 50 items.

The discount is automatically deducted from your order at checkout.

TRADE DELIVERY TIMES

Goods ordered before 5pm are shipped the same day, goods ordered after 5pm may also be shipped the same day depending on our workload, otherwise, they are shipped the following business day at the latest providing item/s are in stock.

Ireland: Delivered normally next day if ordered before 5pm, otherwise maximum 3 business days.
UK: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
Worldwide: Delivered within 2-10 business days.

Orders are sent by registered/trackable insured post and a signature is required upon delivery.

TRADE STOCK

As you can understand we never know what quantity you will order or know how busy we are from one day to the next, so we do our up most best to hold good levels of stock at all times - however from time to time we do run out, BUT with a department dedicated to buying products and maintaining stock levels, we always have it back in stock within a few days so we can get your order to you with limited delay. If we can not get your order to you within the specfied time we will notify you of this by telephone and email, and either offer a replacement that we can ship that day, or inform you of how long the delay will be, or we can issue a refund if you do not wish to wait.

IMPORTANT

After your trade account has been approved and setup, the mimumun order value will is 150euro. This means that our website will not allow you to check out unless you have added at least 150euro worth of items to your cart. To purchase products will a value less than 150euro you will need to signup for a regular non-trade account.
